Communication is important to PMEB and contributes to the success of the relationship. We attempt to be available to you and your patients when you need us.

PMEB maintains clients in many states. Our experience within these many states broadens our understanding and experience level in dealing with the various insurance companies.

A/R recovery is a key part of PMEB's services. Our A/R recovery program is focused on capturing the money from the claims that insurance carriers hope remains left alone and not paid or processed.

PMEB has many different specialties that we currently bill for as well as the many different specialties that continue to be added. Our clients' range from the different physician specialties, durable medical equipment (DME) and emergency medical services (EMS).

PMEB's staff is well trained regarding our various providers. Our staff will be able to answer the provider's questions as well as answering the questions of the provider's staff and patients.

Generally, there is one main contact assigned to the provider for questions. However, other PMEB staff members are trained in the unique qualities of each practice. This allows for patients and the doctors' staff to be able to have their questions answered in a timely manner.

Patient statements include PMEB's phone number for patients to call with questions. This allows the provider's staff to forward any billing questions to PMEB.
